The Seattle Pen Club welcomes, respects and celebrates members’ individual differences (including personality, learning styles, and life experiences) and group/social differences (including race/ethnicity, class, gender, sexual orientation, country of origin, physical or cognitive abilities, and cultural, political, religious, or other affiliations).
If you experience a conflict with another Club member or feel harassed or otherwise uncomfortable, you may ask Club President Susan for assistance in person at a meeting or contact her via the Contact Us form to report it and discuss a resolution. The Seattle Pen Club is a safe and welcoming environment. Harassment is not tolerated. Please reach out if you ever feel unsafe at a meeting.

ABOUT US
Founded in 2004, the Seattle Pen Club encourages the sharing and cultivation of our mutual interest in writing tools, stationery, and all related accessories in a welcoming, inclusive, diverse, and respectful environment. Membership in the Seattle Pen Club is happily extended to anyone interested in writing implements and stationery.
Our club provides a welcoming space for pen enthusiasts to connect, share knowledge, and explore the world of writing instruments and accessories. Whether you're a seasoned collector or just starting your pen journey, our community is here to support you and share the fun!
In 2026, we incorporated as 501(c)7 social club. We currently use a "Pay What You Can" model for club dues and deeply appreciate voluntary membership contributions to help cover the club's expenses. Paid membership in the Seattle Pen Club is completely optional and is not required to attend meetings or participate in any of our online spaces
We offer two regular in-person meetings every month.
Every Third Saturday of the Month
Saturday North Side Pen Meeting (formerly called West Side Meeting)
Where: Spartan Recreation Center (Shoreline, WA) [New location as of September 2026!]
When: 11:00am - 1:00pm
Further Details: Meetings are held in Cascade Room. To find the room from the main entrance, turn left at the front desk, and the Cascade Room is the first door on the left.
Be sure to enter the correct building! The Spartan Recreation Center is part of a complex of buildings that shares a parking lot with a senior center and a school. The rec center and its main entrance are on the right side of the parking lot when entering from 185th Street.

Sunday Eastside Pen Meeting
Where: Usually either the the Kingsgate Public or Library Redmond Public Library in Kirkland (The location of our Sunday Eastside meeting occasionally changes due to venue availability. Please check our events calendar, our Facebook group, the monthly newsletter, or our Discord server for that month's Eastside meeting location.)
When: 12:00pm - 2:00pm
